In this month’s edition of Ignite, we will look at practical strategies for re-framing & managing stress, helping to improve feelings of anxiety & stress in different situations and in return, allowing you to get the most out of your life in work, at home and for you.

Dr. Sinéad Lynch is a Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist. Sinéad is an enthusiastic, skilled and well motivated counselling psychologist with a track record of safe guarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults. 

Sinéad is experienced in providing specialist psychological assessments of referred clients based upon the appropriate use, interpretation and integration of complex data from psychological testing. She works with young clients at Jigsaw, the National Centre for Youth Mental Health. Sinéad also works privately at her own practice in South Co Dublin and often contributes to TV3's weekend breakfast shows 'Saturday/Sunday AM'.
